The CDBG-DR 2023 Tornadoes Plus-up Allocation Public Action Plan may be viewed below. The State will consider the views and comments of citizens in developing and finalizing the CDBG-DR 2023 Tornadoes Plus-Up Allocation Public Action Plan. Public comments will be taken and considered for a 30-day period beginning on October 18, 2025, and ending at the close of business on November 17, 2025.
