Overview
The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Surplus Personal Property Donation Program is available for state agencies and public organizations. GSA enables certain nonfederal organizations to obtain personal property that the federal government no longer needs. Donees may be provided with search-only access for GSA’s Personal Property Management System (PPMS), which is a web-enabled platform where eligible customers can search available Federal Property.

Public Auctions
