Executive Order #70
Part of the authority for the Office of Water Resources' actions with this initiative are based on the mandates contained in Executive Order #70 issued on May 20, 2002. It contains the basic procedures and structure for Alabama drought planning efforts and led to development of the first Alabama Drought Management Plan.
